LIVING ROOM
The living room is nice and spacious and has large windows that let in a lot of light. The windows at the front are all plastic frames and the large window at the back has a hardwood frame. The laminate flooring was installed about 6 years ago. The electric stove in the marble fireplace adds to the ambiance of the living room.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is somewhat dated but looks neat and well maintained. The refrigerator was replaced in 2021 and the combination oven in 2023. You can cook here on a four-burner induction stove and for the dishes there is a dishwasher. Because of the many windows and the back door, the kitchen is in direct connection with the garden.
FLOOR:
The white painted staircase in the hall leads to the second floor. Here you will find three bedrooms and the bathroom.
BEDROOMS
Two of the three bedrooms are wonderfully spacious so you can easily fit a double bed here and a large closet. Both bedrooms have two tilt-and-turn windows with mosquito nets. The third bedroom is slightly smaller in size but still a great nursery, guest room or workplace. This room has one tilt and turn window with mosquito net. The bathroom is timeless and neutrally decorated with gray floor tiles, light wall tiles and a light gray mosaic back wall. There is a shower stall with glass wall, a wall-mounted toilet and a double sink with storage cabinet. A design radiator hangs on the wall. The tilt-and-turn window consists of patterned glass so you do not suffer from prying eyes.
LOFT:
With a fixed staircase you reach the attic floor. On the landing are the white goods connections for a washer and dryer. On the right is a storage room where the boiler hangs (Remeha 2007).
BEDROOM
The fourth bedroom is also generous in size and has convenient storage space under the sloping sides of the roof. Through the Velux skylight, there is plenty of daylight inside. This bedroom also has laminate flooring.
GARDEN:
The garden is cozy and low maintenance landscaped. Directly behind the house is a covered terrace that is enclosed between the kitchen and the rear of the neighbors making it here soon pleasant to stay. There are no immediate rear neighbors present so you can enjoy your privacy. In the borders are bright flowers and green plants. The garden is fully fenced and has a back entrance via the driveway with carport. At the back of the garden is a garage / workshop with an electrically operated tilt gate.

STATE OF MAINTENANCE:
The state of maintenance of the house is excellent. The house is well maintained and serviced where necessary. For example, in 2021 the front and side facade of the house have been repointed and the overhang is painted and the gutters replaced. 10 solar panels were installed in 2019.
HEATING & INSULATION:
Heating is through a 2007 Remeha central heating boiler. The cavity walls were re-insulated in 2013 and almost all windows are double-glazed. Only the window of the back door and the front door have single glass. The roof was insulated from construction according to the standard in force at the time.
LOCATION:
The house is located at the edge of the center of Meijel. Within walking distance of the village center and the countryside. Right next to the house is a green belt with playing field and footpath.
